These terms govern your use of zlatora.online. By browsing the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

zlatora.online is an editorial information website about video games. It is not a shop, a marketplace, a broker or an agent of any game publisher. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell you anything, and no contract of sale can be concluded with Atom Agentura s.r.o. through this site.

Content is general information, not personal advice. It is not financial advice, and it is not a recommendation to spend money on in-app purchases.

3. Affiliate links #

Some links on this site are affiliate links, labelled “partner link” where they appear. If you follow such a link and subsequently install or register for the advertised product, Atom Agentura s.r.o. may receive a commission from the advertiser or its network. This costs you nothing and does not alter the terms you receive from the advertiser.

Any contract, purchase, subscription or account you enter into after following such a link is between you and the advertiser or the relevant app store. Atom Agentura s.r.o. is not a party to it and has no power to alter, cancel or refund it. Complaints and refund requests must be addressed to the advertiser or the store that took the payment.

We take reasonable care to be accurate and to source factual claims, but live games change continuously. Prices, system requirements, roster sizes, drop rates and game mechanics may change at any time without notice. Each page carries a publication and review date, and where our information diverges from the game publisher’s own information, the game publisher’s information prevails. 5. Intellectual property #

The text, layout, stylesheet and original diagrams on this site belong to Atom Agentura s.r.o. or are used with permission. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish pages in whole, reproduce the diagrams as your own work, or use the content for machine-generated derivative publications without written permission.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, to scrape it in a way that degrades its availability, or to use it in breach of applicable law. The site has no login, no comment facility and no upload facility, so there is no user content to moderate.

7. Liability #

To the extent permitted by law, Atom Agentura s.r.o. excludes liability for loss arising from reliance on the general information published here, from the unavailability of the site, or from the content or conduct of external websites reached through links. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing affects the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence in the European Union.

9. Changes to these terms #

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top of this page.

10. Applicable law #

Czech law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence within the European Union. Since no goods or services are sold to readers through this site, no consumer sales contract arises and no alternative dispute resolution body is competent in respect of one; questions about purchases made in the game itself must be directed to the store or publisher that sold them.
